This policy explains what personal information Build With Sweta collects when you buy and use The 8-Figure Diwali Blueprint, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Purchase details — your name, email address, phone number and business name, submitted on the checkout page.
- Payment details — collected and processed entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials. We receive only a payment reference, the amount, and the status of the transaction.
- Your account — the password you choose is stored only as a salted cryptographic hash. It cannot be read back, by us or by anyone who obtained a copy of the database.
- Viewing progress — which chapter you are on and how far through it you are, so the course resumes where you left off. We do not build a profile from it or share it.
Why we use it
- To create your account and send you the link that opens the course.
- To let you sign back in and resume where you stopped.
- To answer support questions and handle payment or access problems.
- To keep records of transactions as required by tax and accounting law.
- To send you occasional updates about future courses. You can opt out at any time, and doing so will not affect access you have already paid for.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the course:
- Razorpay — payment processing.
- MongoDB Atlas — storing your account and viewing progress.
- Amazon Web Services — storing and delivering the course videos, in the Mumbai region.
- Google Sheets — our record of purchases.
- Resend — sending your account and support emails.
- Vercel — hosting this website.
We may also disclose information where we are required to by law or to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it
Because the course is sold with lifetime access, your account is kept for as long as you have it. Purchase records are retained to meet statutory record-keeping obligations, typically eight years for financial records under Indian law. Ask us to close your account and we will delete it, keeping only what tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email gupta.sweta59@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
