These terms govern your purchase of and access to The 8-Figure Diwali Blueprint, an online course offered by Build With Sweta. By completing payment you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

Lifetime access for one person to 10 video chapters — an introduction, eight core chapters and an end note, each under 10 minutes — together with the accompanying written materials. The price is ₹4,999, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

• One purchase creates one account for one individual.
• Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your login is not permitted. If several people from the same business want the course, each needs their own purchase.
• Access details are sent to the email address supplied at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide a correct, working email address.
• “Lifetime” means for as long as we continue to offer the course. If we ever discontinue it entirely, we will give existing buyers reasonable notice and a way to keep what they have paid for.

How the course is delivered

The chapters are streamed from your account. They are not offered as downloads, and the video is served through time-limited links tied to your login. You will need a current browser and a working internet connection.

We may add to, re-edit or improve the material over time. Any such changes are included in your access at no further cost.

Your conduct

• The chapters and materials are provided for your own business use. You may not record, screen-capture, reproduce, resell or redistribute them, in whole or in part.
• We may withdraw access, without refund, from anyone sharing their login, distributing the material, or attempting to circumvent the access controls.

No guarantee of results

The course shares business strategies, systems and experience drawn from running a gifting business. It is educational content, not financial, legal or tax advice, and it does not guarantee any particular revenue outcome. Results depend on your own market, execution and circumstances.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the location of our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
